Statement of Purpose:
The promoters and founders of Caribbean
Employment Services have been involved in
identifying, selecting, interviewing and hiring
high caliber labor work force based on employers
needs. The primary reason for establishing C.E.S
was to develop a profitable employment agency
which is domesticated to meet the employers
expectations and needs, while tapping
international talents to match those needs. We
are an experienced, licensed, employment agency
located in Westmoreland, Jamaica. The company is
registered with the Jamaican Registrar of
Companies and licensed by the Ministry of Labor
to recruit workers for local and overseas
employment.
Mission Statement:
The mission of C.E.S is to assist employers in
finding temporary labor for less than is readily
available in their immediate area of operation
and to provide jobs for individuals seeking jobs
that pay them significantly more than they are
currently earning. For our overseas market – we
specialize in the recruitment and placement of
skilled, unskilled, professional and seasonal
employees for the hospitality, hotel, resort and
other service related industries.
Vision Statement:
Caribbean Employment services vision is to reach
out to companies and corporations in the
developed countries as well as emerging markets
and assist them in finding well-trained and
efficient temporary workers and to grow into a
worldwide employment agency, which creates
opportunities for skilled, educated, and
hardworking short-term employees especially from
less developed countries
